Aren't you stating that poor and black also imply criminally-inclined? That is where the logical error is, as far as I can tell. I'm not trying to be snide. I honestly don't see how criminally-inclined or 'wannabe-gangsters' follows from

I thought it read $40, total, for the whole weekend. Right? http://indystartupweekend.eventbrite.com/ When compared to the Ruby conferences I've priced, that seems dirt cheap.

I'd love an email from anyone interested in attempting to organize some sort of meet-up. See my profile. (I'm down to help organize something, but I'm quite green. Does such a meet-up need an agenda?)

I'm in Indy, also. I haven't lived here long. I think that part of the problem is that there are more startup-oriented people than one would think, but everyone thinks there are no startup oriented people. (A couple weeks ago I found out

Sounds like theoretical versus practical. In fact, the point of the story was that many candidates could easily handle all interview questions, IQ-centric or otherwise. This is a practical exam, of sorts. It will prove someone is unworth

The bottom line is the bottom line: SliceHost lowered the prices of 2GB+ slices today. I understand your frustration. That phrase has gotten as nauseating as "Web 2.0". However, they can say "cloud computing" as often as they like if I sa

The wrapped line (2nd line, if you will) is not indented. I find a word-wrapped line of code more difficult to read than a manually broken and indented line of code.

I'm using Tree Style Tabs, with tabs placed on the right side, to take advantage of my wide screen. It seems like it does everything this add-on does, and just a bit more. It's slightly more useful without being bulky or annoying. https:

More information about the Antisocial demo can be found at the gentleman's blog (this article in particular): http://matt.west.co.tt/demoscene/antisocial/ He explains things in a bit more depth. Worth a skim, at least.

I would say it is a web-based email client. Is everything either "Web 1.0" or "Web 2.0"? That seems silly.

If you're doing it for thanks, pity, or money, you're doing it wrong (1) , anyway. Do it for what you can learn about the subjects on which you blog (be it programming, startups, yourself, ...). It could be quite painful for you if you ar

I have seen, I believe, 4 different articles concerning Chrome and privacy concerns, as well as an article about a Chrome-related security vulnerability. All of these are, in my opinion, negative -- not hype. In contrast to the iPhone, I h
