Sure, it's possible. After all, it's easy to misunderstand an online comment. However, parent did say that persians had a great and ancient civilization and don't like to be compared to camel herders. And calling arabs camel

"camel herders". wow. The Arabs had great/ancient civilizations too. The whole region is rife with rich history. Anyway, lots of people get offended if you confuse their ethnicity ( eg: korean <=> japanese, china <=&

heartily agree with "give most of your profits to" Even though Plaid comes up a lot in these conversation, I haven't found their pricing any better or startup friendly than any other provider (fincity, yodlee etc). Better mar

Ungendering seems like the extreme, and so, the wrong step to take in the workplace. What Obama put forth -- using the facilities meant for the gender you identify with -- seems like a more common-sense response. Chances that someone woul

Very true. And based on that, I considered moderating my tone. But, harping on about facebook is what he does and he does represent the influx of marketing that's closer to car salesmen than hackers.

How many times is this guy going to rehash being fired from facebook as validation? His projected image repels me: the antithesis of a hacker - a smiley/slick bro-dude. Who ends up ruining your startup culture.

Yup: it's easy to find a business-y co-founder, but it's hard to figure out if they are going to be a great one. At the end of the day, the only real way is that you've actually worked with them in the past. How about bring

Interesting. I thought you are allowed to discriminate based on disability, if it impedes work function. Any depression that gets to the level of being qualified as a disability seems severe enough to impede work.

But let's say you get the pay incentive after you go through a class on deescalation. Make it a 4hr online class :) Now, the debate can center on training again. But, this time with a focus on deescalation vs how to aim for center of

It's "the worst idea in the world" because it perpetuates the idea that certain words or thoughts are taboo. This doesn't mean people stop having them. This just means that they are labelled/judged if they have them

Sure. But a good writer does not mean an inoffensive one. If pressed, I would even argue that the opposite is that case. You are so off the mark that you must be trolling or "receded".

I haven't found the same to be the case. Being able to speak the local language and to be able to portray yourself as "local boy made good" seems to bring out something in people where they want to root for you.
