Yeah, the concern is that cars are following too far behind to be in DRS range. That said, one of the main things we heard about over the last few years was that one of the main consequences of close following, was increased tire degradatio

I'd love to see some evidence that big bounties correspond to more exploits being found. In my experience, they tend to result in an increasing number amount of crap for your security team to sort through.

The worst offender I've found so far is that Comcast blocks HBO GO on Tivo. I can use HBO GO on one of the smart TVs, and if you have another cable provider you can use HBO GO on the Tivo, but for some reason, Comcast won't author

I'm not surprised by that at all. We once had a major issue with an analytics platform that provided a script with JS link tracking for our site, where clicking a link that contained 'cgi-bin' anywhere in the path caused the

Yes at the time all the major mac magazines were acknowledging that it looked like Copland would never ship, but the question was whether to replace it with NeXTSTEP or BeOS. Both had strong ties to former Apple execs with obviously Jobs be

There's a difference between treating all cars the same and all trucks the same vs. treating trucks operated by a specific company differently. Imagine if the fee to cross the bay bridge was different based on what company you worked f

Yes, but this is applied evenly across all users of the road, all cars or trucks pay the same fee regardless of the company that operates them.

Battery, reliability, memory usage, are all part of the reason I use Safari. I've found Chrome to be fairly unstable. We had a case last year with our corporate website relaunch, where a single user reported that our site was crashing

It sounds like what you are describing is the system of metropolitan planning organizations in the US. I'm especially spoiled after living in Portland, OR for almost 10 years as they have a very active MPO (called 'Metro') an

The craziest thing about all of this, is that my number 7672xxx still works! Every few years I download the client, and my username and password from the late 90s is still valid. This is no small feat in the age of shutdowns and spin-offs.

A lot of those are significant though, EQ maintains relationship to pitch and tone, delay is directly related to rhythm, etc. The main issue is that most of these are relative to inputs, etc, with a few exceptions. Edit: An exception would
