I remember when lawyers historically used WordPerfect for the same reasons. Now, I don’t know the details of how that industry shifted (MS dominance and WP shitting the bed with their GUI versions would be my guess), but it shows that it is

$44k for something useless. Pretty sure I can get groceries in that thing, but that isn't the point. Why are you guys ignoring that part of the equation... Because that wasn't the question at hand. I was responding to the idea

It’s not hard at all if you go Harley-Davidson. My BMW R1200GSA was $27K when I bought it ten years ago, I can’t imagine they’ve gone down in price.

It’s the only thing I saw before I closed the browser tab. If you’re going to use AI to generate an the very first things reader sees, proofread the damned thing so it doesn’t come off as amateurish.

Oh, c’mon, it’s 44K. One can easily spend 30K or more on a motorcycle these days, we are a long way from “country club” prices. If it came to the U. S., I’d probably pick one up to park next to our Hyundai (yeah, a Hyundai, not a Range Rove

Technically, yes. But you have to own the stock first (‘cuz writing “naked calls” is not for the faint of heart). Easier and less complicated to just buy puts, especially if you’re looking up “money laundering” in the dictionary.

When I click the "use my location" icon and I'm in Redmond, WA, 2 out of the 3 gyms listed are in Redmond, OREGON. I imagine it might be doing to same for city names that are in multiple states. But when I zoom into Portland,

So what is your suggested solution? Myself and several other commenters know an effective solution that you’ve poop-pooed, so offer something better.

Oh, FFS, let’s at least link to the original information instead of this AI slop: https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Apple+Pencil+Pro+Chip+ID/173106 At least that has part numbers and stuff.

Ever try implementing a mirror in a video game? Completely off-topic, but how many people would you realistically expect to answer “yes” to that question?

Beats earnings consensus, up 4.5% in after hours, yeah, that’ll learn ‘em. You misread something, but I’m not sure what it is.

Could be DNS, I'm seeing SERVFAIL trying to resolve what look to be MS servers when I'm hitting (just one example) mygoodtogo.com (trying to pay a road toll bill, and failing).

Is this one of those “what about white guys?” complaints, or am I misreading? Because the implied qualification for “subset of people” is “underrepresented”. Any political/cultural undertones are on you.

I’m going to border closely to blaming the “victim” here, but if the lawsuit had been filed without toxic, threatening, man-baby social media posts, we wouldn’t be hearing about it. Harassed because he filed a lawsuit? C’mon, there’s a lot

I don't know if this particular case is insider trading, but it is my experiential belief that Trump insiders have to be involved in some shady trading methods. Given the performance of this administration, I’d be truly disappointed

Still I think it would have been better for OP to link to the source to avoid exactly this confusion. There’s a link at the top of Alaska Air’s home page. But your first thought was to go search Google instead?

We had a 2003 Jag S-Type, and it was as reliable as anything else we’ve had. Only had it for three years, bought used in 2006, and didn’t do anything to it. This was back in the days of Ford ownership, though, and it was really a Lincoln So
