The terms 'nigger' and 'honky' are inherently discriminatory because they are frequently used to describe membership of an entire group of people. They're not looking at individuals based on their own character, but judging them based on th

OK, but unless you have evidence that Red Hat have specifically broken their release policy that won't happen in the middle of a major release, so that's no reason to lag behind on updates.

I'm going to flat disagree that windowing systems and window UI elements are separate fields of endeavor, in the same way that laundry detergent and computer Operating Systems are. I think most lawyers would too.

Are you saying that RHEL break PHP by upgrading from 5.2 to 5.3? That would be very strange, RHEL's reknowned for very strict binary compatibility and backporting every security fix to whatever they shipped originally. Lagging behind RHEL u

I love ipython - if you still use log statements to debug things, you should give ipdb (a mashup of pdb and ipython) a go. Just: import ipdb ipdb.set_trace() And you can now inspect and change any part of your code, right in t

I love CoffeeScript but I don't understand this. HTML / HAML / SHPAML are document languages. CoffeeScript is a programming language. An element that contains another element isn't a function. I don't see any reason to make it one. If you w
