Not to sound like a fanboy, but GEB is one of the few books (outliers being another) that really made my critical thinking skills about the world, society, and my place in it change. I literally feel like it expanded my mind, or at least m

A 30 day free trial of adobe after effects and a $20 template tweaked to your needs, along with $30 for professional voiceover, would have moved you to something that would be very close to what apple does. And would probably have got you t

If MPAA wanted a workable sinister solution to the SOPA/PIPA problem, it would offer immunity to youtube, twitter, myspace, facebook, reddit, digg, etc. Which would allow for the abuse to continue unabated without all of the "common folk"

While putting my data completely in the hands of another company makes me nervous, I have used s3 since its release and have had no problems. Amazons really seems to "get" developer needs. I do wish they would ease down a smidge on thier pr

Along with everyone else's activity indicator complaint, I also think that color coding the bottom "info bar" area of each item according to category would be useful for quickly scanning and separating all of that info with the eye.

Path really seems to be killing it with new (but acceptable) ui features. The last time I remember such large groups of people just accepting dramatic ui changes without loudly complaining was windows 3.1 > windows 95 start menu.

My issue with SOPA, etc. is the whole "Punish you first, possibly irreparably, then find out if you're guilty later" aspect of it that carries no consequences if it is abused as such.
