I agree and had the same experience. Was very impressed, this is one of the more personalized and emotional experiences a company has created for me.

Seeing has how YC has an equity steak in every startup, how is a startup who can't receive funding not a problem for them? From an investment point of view, they want ALL of their companies to receive funding. If signaling is negativel

Nope, it has plenty of subtle features that I prefer and the more I use it, the more I grow attached to it. I think it is a great product because it holds true to its promise of helping users focus on expressing their ideas.

I emailed Dustin about providing more emphasis on dates just yesterday and this was the response I got. > We want to encourage people to write stuff that has lasting impact. I think dates can just add an extra piece of messy context for

I have been using svtble for a few months now and when asked by a friend how it is different from Medium, I created an account on Medium to see for myself. I personally prefer svbtle's dashboard as I feel it's much smoother than M

I wonder if this penalty would have been this severe if their "apology" was an actual apology. If I was in Google's position and had waited to see the RG response, I would have been less forgiving after the tone of that lette

That's true but that is just one query, I'd assume an overwhelming of RG's organic traffic didn't come from searching the company name.

I agree with OP. While maybe "oblivious" is a bit condescending, I would be a little peeved if I was a founder of Macaw... the design tool that has been hugely popular here lately.

I'm in the same boat. I used to use PS but found it slowed me down after my CSS got good enough and I love having the mockup be functional from the start. When a site already has core styles, CSS and HTML seems sooo much easier because
