If this virus is like sars, it doesn't seem to transmit well in hot environments (which is why sars just went away during summer) at least it will not transmit as well in Africa.

China defined what the meaning for each of the reported stats. Infected means it's tested positive under a RNA ptpcrt test. I don't think at this point, china is fudging the number. But because of this definition a lot of cases ar
