Valuation does not AT ALL summarize all the other metrics. Valuation is NOT a representation of the future of even expected future of a company. I could bet on Tesla and help its value rise just because I think tomorrow other people will be

It does. I know several kids who suffered severe depression because they had to move far away several times and had no real friend, no feeling of belonging, no home.

All the US intervention are based on pure self interest, nothing to do with policing the world. If anything most of the world would have been better off without US interventions, particularly latin america and middle east! Now let's sa

The US will always amaze me. If you don't have enough ambulances to cover the interventions then just buy more ambulances. And what kind of ambulances should be used should be up to medical professionals, not yourself. It is fairly com

I think this is just wrong and some kind of modern malthusianism. IMO the logical outcome would be that the most trendy destinations will get more expensive, thus overpricing many tourists and regulating itself, and that it will open a new

The problem is that legal people understand the contracts but are not able to take decision based on that. Oh sure that contracts says we would have to pay 10 millions if X happens, but then what is the likelihood of X happening, and what s

Every product is different. When I worked in automotive radio and physical mails were the most efficient, because there is a huge market of rather old people. For the 25-40 segment facebook can be very powerful though.

Threads are the most horrible and broken feature in Slack ever. So much that I wish we could disable them altogether. The visibility is bad, notifications are bad, the UI is confusing. I don't even understand how can some people use it

That is not my experience with GKE. And 50k/y is super low with Google Cloud. It's really easy to get at least 5 times higher even with a small application. Funnily I spend more time administrating GKE than I do with applications
