   For a weird trick, change the decimal symbol and the digit grouping symbol to the same value in the Region settings in the old Control Panel. Then everything always uses 0% CPU :)

   I am a swede, so I don't really know how tourist do it. But I just use my debit card for almost everything. For buses/trains/taxis I use cards/or the their app which will take cards. For the random $4 street vendor hotdo

    I tried this a while back. My results can be seen at http://miffe.org/bench/ The largest problem is that the NVIDIA driver refuses to work when it detects that it's in a VM. The workaround is to hide the VM status

    When unpacking you can leave the compression method flag out, tar will figure out which compression method is used by itself. And when packing you can use -a, then tar selects which compression method to use based on the filename.
