It's not always clear how to do that. Sure, in theory it's possible to manually download JARs, configure your classpath, and run javac. In practice, the wisdom seems to be to replace the old ecosystem with a new ecosystem like Mav

I also prefer writing REST APIs in Go. - Compared to Java: Ecosystem is way over-engineered. You might get along just fine without writing a bunch of boilerplate and factories and XML configs, but sooner or later you're probably going

I think you've sort of touched on a separate issue. I'm a night owl but find it far easier to wake up in the mornings if I'm excited for something. Often I wake up earlier on the weekends than on work days because I'm no

I disagree. Technical solutions are largely preferable. Political solutions are feeble and can be changed on a whim. If the NSA has the capability to sniff vast amounts of network traffic, encrypting that traffic is a much stronger defense

Usually the Earnings part of P/E is 0 in startup acquisitions, so technically the P/E ratio is undefined. 25x revenue isn't unheard of, though. It's not that odd either if you figure out what angle the acquirer is bettin
