Customer satisfaction and retention for Tesla cars is very high, so it seems like they are producing a good car actually. FSD is working quite good if you check what people are posting online.

Accidents per driver without taking into account the miles driven is kind of inaccurate. Not to mention there is no indication on whether Autopilot or FSD were in use. So this is completely not the way to judge FSD

The package includes other performance indicators such as revenues and profit. It’s not just the stock value. Tesla hit the targets, it’s a profitable company with very little debt.

We are talking about the shareholders who voted for the deal 6 years ago. The share is 10x since then. That’s why Musk was awarded the shares.

Companies and shareholders meetings work a bit differently than what you suggest. Other than that, the grand majority of Tesla shareholders are quite happy with the financial state of the company and would like for Musk to continue leading
