On the face this seems ridiculous. It's a big stretch, but we do know that some US adversaries use portable media (usually thumb drives) to currior data. Maybe they had a target that was using floppies? Maybe Iran's centrifuges or

While this is generally true, it's a little more nuanced. For example: Android has a larger market share (by a lot globally), but apps are frequently developed for iOS first. Why? Because it's easier. Device fragmentation plays a

Pretty strong opinion, but if you took an honest look at the Surface Pro 4 vs an iPad Pro, you might find that Apple is making a device that can't fulfill its promises. I am sure Apple has some great master plan that we haven't se

As a co-founder of a startup with no coastal ties will this help me at all? I don't mean to be overly negative, but this is sounds like an echo chamber. It's probably great to maximize a decently connected fundraising effort. Mayb

Xamarin compiles through XCode, so having Mac somewhere is a requirement. Any platform that compiles for iOS would have this same issue. I think the MS is pushing Xamarin Forms because it could eventually become a more direct competitor to

It looks to me that Xamarin would like sunset Xamarin Studio. This was easy on Windows with Visual Studio, but on macOS I think they are waiting for the VS Code (or whatever it ends up being) to be mature enough.

I am sure Google is looking at WaveNet & TPUs, I was just thinking Amazon would look at using its new massive FPGAs to implement WaveNet. I have no idea if the FPGAs would be fast enough.
