h.265 will require hardware compression on the encode side (GPU) so you'll have to factor that into the cost.

I think system administrators would take exception to your claim they don't help build anything. Also, Congressional report prepared by whom? Can't take a report by the fox guarding the hen house seriously.

How do fluoride levels alone prove anything? Also fluoride levels of (or in) what? You make vague claims that you think are to support some point that is not clear.

People have suspected for a while, but it was not as clear as this new larger study. This is much more difficult to dismiss.

I am being pedantic, but I hate the word mentee. I am not sure if it was made up, but it sounds like it. The proper word IMHO is protege.

Right. I focused on the security, but it's a legacy code base with legal entanglements. Also created in another era.

The AS3 VM is helpful, but only part of the player. The fact remains there is no player source to use as a guide for porting to other languages. It’s similar to the .net scenario. MS releases .net core open source, but didn’t release the GU

I really hope this works, but I fear it will die a shumway death. One of the issues is there are two complete run-times inside of Flash. AVM1 (for AS1/2) and AVM2 (for AS3). AS1/2 is much easier to program and probably emulate. AS

That supposes the rich and powerful give a rip about trump. They don't. If anything, they don't like his unpredictability. But, I don't think it's really tied to a person or party. For example, Obama provided the wall

A company complaining to editors? Routine crap. Hiring FTI to pose as a journalist? Hiring people to post fake reviews on a book you don't like? Seems illegal, but I don't know. Are there US laws that prevent such actions?

IANAL -- But I think that no one knows. Some maybe, most probably not (see the Linked In lawsuit -- https://www.theverge.com/2017/8/15/16148250/microsoft-linked... ). This all has to be tested in court, b

Mostly pick one with a big community that other are using for quick prototypes. And (as others have said) ignore scaling unless scale is what you are prototyping. Use SQL to start. (MySQL/PostGres/Etc..) It's better to denorm

"guidance systems are hugely illegal to develop" Curious what laws cover this? I am sure they exist, just not explored this at all. Isn't GPS a 'guidance system'?

If there is a real threat to the environment (I have no idea if there is) this is a big problem. There's a lot riding on the 5G infrastructure. For Example: https://www.cnn.com/2019/05/22/tech/5g-f

Total novice here, but a drone locked onto the balloon transponder? You could pre-program the drone hours or days in advance. Use all 3D printed parts with reclaimed batteries? Assembled in a clean room? (just a thought experiment)
