The compile is a huuuge plus. If you do a error in your template string (e.g. forget a '>'), you won't catch it until you run it in the browser. The JSX will complain loudly when compiled. JSX >>>> ES6 template

My brain parses JSX way better than Hyperscript, so I will stick with it and suffer the extra keystrokes. And the context switch has not proved to be a problem for me, but I'm sympathetic to the argument. </2cents>

How is this Context supposed to work with middleware packages that build on the standard Go http interface? Seems to me that you have to declare Context as a parameter to your functions t o use it. Am I misreading something?

The forward slash in paths only sort of works but not really. And because you can sort of use forward slash and backslash for paths deliminators you can't escape spaces in path names. And why did they have to screw up tab completion li

Its not the filesystem thats the problem, but the terrible partitioned-backslash-ridden namespace. Come on MS, embrace the forward slash already.

The bet Google is making is that the long tail of Win apps will be dwarfed by the longer tail of web apps. As always, the future will tell.

I like this. One great feature would be to automatically save to a Dropbox/Google Drive/.. location. Im pretty sure the Dropbox api's support that, don't know about the GDrive apis.

The next Nexus phone should be out in November. They often introduce the newest version of Android on those (all except the Nexus 4, which came with 4.2 introduced on the Nexus 7).
