Lenovo took care of my Thinkpad T14s AMD when the keyboard started acting funky. Ordered the parts and sent a tech to my house to install it within a week. So I would still recommend getting a nice Thinkpad.

I recently saw and reported one to a local business. If you typed in the domain and visited directly, it wouldn't redirect to the scam site. But if you clicked on a link from a google search, then it would redirect. Probably makes it h

It appears that the P14s AMD does support S3. Comment from @chx on a different thread I found last week: You can check which ThinkPad BIOS has the option at their BIOS emulation site: https://download.lenovo.com/bsco/in

I really wanted to play my Sega Dreamcast online (I think the game was Phantasy Star Online), but my house had no internet at the time. I was probably 12 or 13 and had all the time in the world, but no credit card or parental permission. I

If you have traffic, yes. I get hundreds of chats per day using the chat widget, some for support, some for pre-sales inquiries.

This is as close as I could find (Amazon Canada, out of stock): https://www.amazon.ca/Beaver-Olde-English-Mustard-360ml/dp/B... Must be discontinued, but I wonder where the author of the article found it.

by mfkp 5y ago
The author recommends a "hot Olde English mustard" from Beaver, but I can't seem to find it. Does it exist?

Generally large spikes in upload data usage is the best indicator. Many consumer grade routers are starting to build in per-device bandwidth usage, which helps narrow down the culprit.

Yeah, all lithium batteries ship via ground, but that's generally because cargo planes are basically like shipping things in the cargo section of passenger airplanes, which generally isn't advisable.

by mfkp 5y ago
If you read the article, it specifies lithium-ion batteries, which just about everyone brings inside the pressurized cabin. So no, I am not joking.

by mfkp 5y ago
Exactly, get a removable battery and bring that in your carry-on and it should be fine.

Yes, it rings my phone. Most are annoyingly early in the morning, and 90% of the time it comes from random numbers in the same area code as my phone number. I haven't been marking the numbers as spam, but maybe I'll try to do that

Ah, that must be the issue. I'm using Edge on Linux (I know, it's weird). I'll go ahead and file an issue for it now :-)

You should consider allowing Edge browser as well (since it's based on Chromium anyway, I imagine it should work fine).

I assume they were asking how does a non-mod tell if it's flagged so they can report it to you? (aka when it says [flagged] next to it or something, or drops off the front page rather quickly, etc)

Yeah, the h1 article title inside the page changed, but the actual "title" attribute that you see in your browser tab is $5.1M (hence the confusion, I assume).
