One excel file with Monthly budgeting and expenses. I do not track money on a day to day basis. I assign myself x amount a month for expenses and I am good as long as I do not exceed that amount.

Initially used it for weekly reviews and for gathering notes. Then went into the rabbit hole of using the templates created by others. Gave it up and use multiple apps now. Main ones being Dendron, Complice and workflowy.
