I love how easy pathogen ( https://github.com/tpope/vim-pathogen ) makes installing vim plugins from github. I always struggled with it in the past (and mostly avoided it) but now it is as simple as git clone and done.

I think my key take-away would have been: the closer you are to the problem the better your solution can be. I would venture to guess current therapies were developed by health professions and engineers at arms length to intended patients (

I got one at my Uncles place. He only has Macs and they claimed to be from Microsoft so quite quickly I knew it was a scam. They claimed his Windows computers were sending bad packets onto the Internet. I played along and asked how they w

I was having the same symptoms on my HTC Dream on Rogers, I wonder if the root problem was the same. Enabling only 2G networks stopped the issue at the cost of paying full price for crippled data. After fighting with Rogers and 2 phone rep

Based off my personal experience over the last year dealing with 'Service' Canada and a bunch of splinter groups: I think 'understand govt' is in the details of how it works. Government, at the bureaucracy level, is a large collection of p

I mostly use my ps3 as a Netflix machine now-a-days (new baby) and have been very frustrated with the PSN downtime since Netflix won't let you login to their service unless you are logged into PSN (for some reason). To me that means my TV
