1. Part of the issue is a language barrier: Matched.io's team is primarily German according to LinkedIn. There seems to be some lack of linguistic nuance at work on the choice of words. 2. Interestingly, German as a language is far mor

Your product puts an emphasis on user friendliness. If your target user has not deployed to cloud before, you’ll need to show clearly just how much easier/clearer/more manageable/$improvement having Revolv is. For prospective

Aircraft are meant to be in high usage, so decreased flight time and larger flight intervals will cause interesting problems. For example many part 135 planes currently parked need to be rolled to a different position daily because parked w

The issue of “use simpler words” is important: average reading age in U.S. is 7th grade. I have seen suggestions that indicate 5th grade reading level is the best benchmark to use.

Hi Peter, thank you for your time. I accidentally ripped my certificate of naturalization in half. How much of a risk is it to keep the halves and not get a new one? New one was $555 last I checked; is there any reprocessing or is it just l

Access to care continues to be an issue. When my kids were in NICU some parents were driving 3 hours each way every day to see their child because their newborn had to be in UCSF to survive.

Very curious here: Can you tell us what the user interviews indicated, what were the personas and problem to solve, and successes/challenges usability tests uncovered?

That sounds great, the way you are doing it. I think companies end up gamifying the product approach,to generate feelings that are similar to what happens when you engage one on one (from a neuroscience perspective)
