It doesn't sound that way to me. This network seems to be specifically for moving around research data among the institutions. Internet2 is essentially a playground to research and demonstrate ways to improve the internet.

The petition is specifically about pardoning Snowden. The President cannot pardon someone for a federal crime they have not been convicted of. Snowden literally needs to come back, face the trials, and be convicted before the President co

The use of 'MVC - MVC4' seems to me to be an acknowledgement that it is no longer a Rails clone.

This isn't just a loud neighbor. This was a drunk loud neighbor waving a loaded gun around. The driver was clearly distressed and they were just laughing it up.

They intentionally disabled a car in an area with no shoulder. They intentionally introduced a large hazard on the highway. If something happened, they would have been partly responsible. You do not just stop on the highway just because

If universal is not total, then we've always had universal healthcare. Oh, and you might want to inform all dictionaries they have the incorrect definition of universal. The legislation signed by Obama is not universal healthcare in a

So Hillary couldn't or wouldn't have done the same thing? Personally, I think it would have sailed through much more easily had she been in office.

What's the difference between a McDonald's franchisee and an Uber employee? This ruling would seem to indicate a franchise "owner" is nothing but an employee of McDonald.

As stated, it is a trick question. There are too few details and ends with asking for an opinion. One person's willingness rarely is the same as the average expected outcome.

Yes, but there is a difference between expected payout and a person's willingness to play a game of chance. The expected payout of a lottery ticket is the same for every ticket before the drawing, but everyone has a different willingn

The question is very misleading. There are very little details and you end with asking for an opinion. It sounds to me like a question about how much risk the person is willing to take rather than a math question. The "What are you

The way I read it, the 25% is not going to the user directly. It just simply goes into an account the manufacturer controls and is earmarked for the user. The user will only be able to spend it as the manufacturer allows. This is more al

Just merely writing what you think is a shorter, cleaner, better solution isn't really enough. It can be easy to overlook the reason for the complexity. If the rewrite seems to work as a replacement, just use it to come up with quest

Personally, I think it is stupid to become attached to one party. You get the current state of US politics when people become so entrenched and invested in one party. People would rather vote in a bad candidate from their chosen party rat
