Physical based attacks were the majority of the risk, and that was, practically, pretty minimal. If you want to watch from inside a VM, great, but mass attacks against watchers? I'm not seeing it. (Been going since DEFCON 9)

There are some odd things that happen with sharp turns and this latency in the current version. It will cross centerline because it's chasing a frame that doesn't contain the steps in the turn to not cross.

I think his assertion is that Newton did feel like a noob. I tend to think pg's right. He's done novel enough things that he has an informed view. My experience with novel though less significant investigation and problem solving

iPhone uses a non-standard setup, probably with special hardware support for using magnetic for actual audio. There was a Defcon talk about the magnetic part, will see if I can find it.

Facebook's user interface is at least a few orders of magnitude less complex than a CPU. What would lead you to think otherwise?

More like "the exercising should continue until you're actually exercising". Going through some motions that don't stress the body isn't exercise...

I had some good luck with https://github.com/sergiomsilva/alpr-unconstrained/blob/mast... as long as the images were high enough resolution. You might want to check it out, comes with trained models.
