Haha! Love the logo! In terms of use: the search results seem good when searching a specific thing, but results can be a bit less useful when searching something generic like "python directory utility". I'm not sure I can see

Yeah, I had that issue. Couldn't progress past the second text box of the tutorial because of it. I'm using Safari on an MBP.

I didn't get into IRC much until about 5 years ago where one of the frameworks I was using was just starting to pick up steam. The dev and several experienced users would hang out in there and would help answer questions. Now, I look f

This was a nice article. I've enjoyed running this 2048-ai[0] every now and then. It's fun to turn on the browser extension and watch it go. It's come quite a long way from the earlier versions. [0] https://github.c

As a rider, I use Uber and Lyft interchangeably to get a roughly stable price whenever I come to work. This price is about 40% more than what I would like to pay based on my budget, but I don't have a choice but to pay it sometimes bec

I Really like the style. I think the Google Font[0] page makes it much easier to see it in action. I hope someone makes a variant with coding ligatures. It appears that it does not support the polytonic Greek characters on OSX, though it sh

I think I learned the ins and outs of coding a lot better by doing it by hand. Perhaps it helps reinforce and understand what you're doing. But, I see it being the same as being forced to do your math exams without a calculator in scho

For someone who doesn't use Ruby what changes contribute to this? Is it just the JIT implementation or are there other factors? Is this reflected in real-world usage or only under certain loads, which this benchmark favors?

There are 2 hard problems in programming: - Cache invalidation - Naming things - Off by 1 errors. This solves 50% of the problem. By not having to think about names, nor about clicking around in the UI all I have to think about is code and

How about ch units? Heard someone mention it recently and am curious if people are using it. There is often a need to confine a layout to a certain amount of characters and it seems that this unit is better than rem/em for those cases.

The PHP version looks like it hasn't been touched since 2011 and the Python link is dead. Doesn't give much confidence that this is a viable and supported pathway to Db <-> Application communication.
