I like TLDR for being able to cmd+F to it quickly. In a well written article with an abstract or a good first sentence, I still have to find the first sentence. With a TLDR, I can jump to that section quickly. I know this sounds like the he

I'm looking to make a simple Gist like application that tracks revision history as well. It's for a specific use case, but I'm sure it could apply in other places as well.

I've never had to call or email Amazon though. Not for retail anyway. Just getting into AWS and we'll see how that goes.

I think this is just a pattern with companies that have high numbers of employees. Facebook is just as inaccessible. Although I suspect that it's hard to troubleshoot Facebook to begin with since the particulars of their product changes so

I know HN doesn't believe in a comment where an upvote will suffice, but the first thing I searched this thread was for "pull request" and by golly, I think they would be a great addition also.

Not sure about traction/usage of either, but Bandcamp shows up over and over as the other big contender. ReverbNation sometimes, but ReverbNation is too much clutter for me.

I don't like the slider. I'd prefer a boolean :) or :(. Other than that, this is great.

You should change "Less Options" to "Fewer Options". It's one of those things that if you know the difference, you can't stop noticing it everywhere.

This is difficult to maintain for shared group experiences though. For example, I went on a group trip in 2004 to Europe with a group of strangers. I became friends with a few and interacted with many. Sure I could keep in touch via email o

Making the answer hard to deduce/calculate is only one side of the difficulty. The other side is making the question hard to decipher. I don't think the SAT has any questions that are as straightforward as your example, but I could be wrong
