I use sqlite for my 2-user server and haven't had any issues in the several years I've been running it. It's possible to corrupt a sqlite database file, but generally it shouldn't happen unless you're doing somethin

I can't tell if you meant this as a slight on Ilya Sutskever or on Yann LeCun. Both are well-known names in AI.

Does EasyEDA not allow you to download gerber files anymore? Gerbers are universal and you'd be able to send them to any fab you wanted. Obviously EasyEDA being sponsored by JLC means they make it easy to order through JLC.

If this demo video[1] is indicative of what you can expect, I'm not particularly impressed. For me, every single one of the recordings fell all the way to the bottom of the uncanny valley. 1. https://github.com/user-att

Apple never sold a flagship ("Pro") iPhone mini. If you wanted the better cameras (particularly the telephoto camera), you had to get the 12 pro or 13 pro. By the 11, they had given the non-Pro models dual lenses, but with the gim

Not sure the brand, but you can find lots of these USB microscopes in the usual places. They have a light that shines down onto your subject rather than shining light up through a glass slide.

IMO the touchbar was the least-bad thing about my touchbar 2017 MBP. The butterfly keyboard, flexgate, the USB-C ports that lost their ability to retain cables after like 20 insertions, and the overheating and quickly-degrading battery were

That would change my intuition quite a bit. Even assuming 100 kids were feasible in a human lifespan, the odds of 99 girls or 100 girls happening is (1 [arrangement where all the kids are girls] + 100 [arrangements where there are 99 girls

In Q3, you've got 8 possibilities, expressed as (gender of 1st child, gender of 2nd child, which child's gender is written inside the sealed envelope?), each with presumably equal probability: 1. B B 1 2. B B 2 3. B G 1

Reasoning models do a lot better at AIME than non-reasoning models, with o3 mini getting 85% and 4o-mini getting 11%. It makes some sense that this would apply to small models as well.
