A lot of traffic is fairly symmetric: chat, email, dropbox with two clients. EMR jobs can also have much more inbound traffic than outbound.

If you share something with a specific email address, I believe the email they get has a signup link.

Making it invite-only forces people to talk about it. Gmail's slow launch was done really well, and probably drove interest more than harmed it. If Google handles this well, the same thing could happen for Google+.

That's not breaking; that's how you lose in real tetris. Edit: Hah just kidding, I see what you mean. This seems to happen if you have a peak on one edge of the screen.

The ability to use CSS/jQuery selectors is really nice, though; In order to find all <td>s whose parents have a class "blah", you have to use list comprehension: tds = [td for td in soup.findAll('td') if td.parent.get('class') =

Blackboard (the webapp) itself isn't that bad I can name a few problems with Blackboard (the webapp). I've seen both sides of it; I've suffered through 7 semesters with BB as a student, and 2 as a teaching assistant. It uses frames. When

This is what I came to point out. The 555 is a horrible waste of electronics for something as simple as an oscillator. (Also, iirc, 555 timers do nasty things to your rails.) You can get a better (50% duty cycle) out of a comparator/op-amp,

I see some fairly large schools on there, but I wonder how smaller schools like Rose-Hulman, Case Western, Olin Institute, etc. would stack up if the results were adjusted somehow for size.
