how many products with users have you built without code? while very valuable for learning, i find that folks building thematic maker sites (no code, react/node, rails, etc.) are very biased towards their own way and often haven't

be prepared to move where the action/great people are and optimize for learning. the connections/friendships and knowledge you acquire now will compound over the rest of your career. i'd rather work with people i like working
