It's transparent but definitely not user friendly. When you opt out it uses a cookie so if your cookies get deleted you need to opt out again. Also, since opting out uses a cookie you must opt out on every browser on every machine you use

This could be intentional. Like how human perception sometimes requires exponentional changes to perceive a difference. Example: The audio decibel scale.

Wake up people. Did you forget about the Apple TV? This is exactly the kind of thing that could open the flood gates in that area. It doesn't make sense for your personal computer, or your iPod Touch but it makes a lot of sense for a TV
