Wait till that becomes a 40yr fixed rate. I see two viable ways to unlock the current supply/demand stalemate in the US (please chime in if you can think of other alternatives). People can't afford the 30yr payment (interest rate

Good call out. And I am aware of the history and edge cases with residential real estate in the US. So as to not talk past each other I'm specifically talking about present and future vanilla residential real estate transactions. For

This comment is focused on USA. Some people need or want an agent, some people don't. For the majority the checklist for buying a home is fairly straight forward and could be automated with checklists, yelp, Plaid/UWM, and DocuS

Should update the title to 100/20. I still find it amazing that companies can list services without the upload speed (eg Comcast). Of course latency and jitter matter too but that's probably above the heads of a lot of consumers

I loved my mpx200 when everyone else had their Nokia candy bars. Small flip phone, outside display, SD card, USB connectivity, windows platform. I still have it.

Thanks! Yeah the Kroger companies have a 150 limit. So do some others like Target. Need to add some logic around that. Right now it clips the top 150 based on the default selection which is recommended by the store based on previous purchas

I just got access to the pilot of Ivy and was immediately turned off to the project as they ask for access to read your clipboard. Trust is broken right off the bat. Hard pass. https://imgur.com/a/UvG7QW2

I know the tensor power pixelbook was shutdown and I never heard the actual reason just a bunch of speculation about costs/profitability which is probably true. It's a shame that there isn't more competition and development i

Wired for War came out in 2009 and if you are new to this topic I would recommend giving it a read. It focuses on offensive military uses rather than civilian "accidents" discussed in this article. I do think there are crossover

You know where people play politics? 1:1's. Stories get told, facts left out, no dissent, people take credit for things they shouldn't be taking credit for. Group accountability and transparency squashes all that.

There is a massive difference between a research project and doing something in production at scale. Also Netflix doesn't shoot their own movies so I wonder who this is developed for? There are better ways to do background replacemen

Fair comment on getting a residential IP. I'm not necessarily looking down on commercial VPN providers. I do think a lot of their users don't understand the transfer of trust they are engaging in. As long as you understand that
