I'm having a real hard time squaring a rant about usability that expressly states that everyone should be held accountable to good design, and a website design that went out its way to be unreadable on mobile.

I read the exact opposite: that they regret not using typescript for non-trivial projects because tsc would have prevented dumb mistakes due to a lack of types.

It depends on the image. Very high contrast areas (like text) on high quality coated stock can resolve up to 1200dpi (where higher resolution don't hold up even under a loupe). Photographic continuous tone images never have that sharp

I agree with both of you. I'm hoping to hit a chunk of that "middle option" you spoke of with PhotoStructure (details in my profile). I'm building sharing next, so hopefully that aspect will be addressed as well. Hosting

If you open your network tab in your browser's devtools, there may be JSON payloads to give you what you need (rather than farting around with OCR or reverse image searching your album art).

You should try out PhotoStructure. Details in my profile. It's photo management software that can run on the desktop via Electron, but it also runs via docker or directly under node. I ended up refactoring out the Electron layer to be
