I think the Vim way is to spend very little time in insert mode, so most of the time you don't have to think because you will be in the other mode. That said give me VSCode anytime!

One way this can be achieved is using specflow or cucumber and then make that drive selenium or puppeteer. Probably a 10 minute job to set up some basic commands (like demoed here). Not saying you can replace this project in 10 minutes of c

It's not 1999 anymore. There will be increasing demand for cloud services going forward. It's more of a bread and butter rush than a gold rush.

The advantage is when a new person starts. "How does this work?", oh here is a link to a well explained document on this thing called "Rails". Oh you know "Rails" already, of course you do, that's why we h

Put that way it's ridiculous enough if you are not refunding. Someone should do a points-free card with decent security (2fa on each purchase?) to minimise fraud that just gives say $50 cash of that to the consumer. They can then knock

I'm bad at names, so I didn't know the name, but followed the Wikipedia link and saw he was the "modeless" advocate, and I learned about that from this awesome Bret Victor talk: https://vimeo.com/36579366

Maybe. The problem with ad networks is they don't pay well. Google is probably the best but still it's a pittance. I think the sweetspot for adsense is a site will millions of visitors who are not targeted for anything so adsense

Especially for a "brick and mortar business" I can't see why you couldn't try other things - direct marketing, cold calling, events, cards in doctor's offices, whatever else.

IFTTT is indeed a SaaS but I would also classify it as a general purpose tool like Excel. A jack of all trades. Definitely a master of none. Would you use IFTTT or Pingdom to check your site is up? If people are setting up IFTTT for busines

I honestly feel cranky if I have been in the house for too long. I long for a nice walk in nature, which in a city could mean a walk in the park. I'm not sure how people can live inside all the time, it would be like that Black Mirror
