This is something I've always wondered about. I _loved_ the coffee in Rome almost universally. Even in Madrid I enjoyed the coffee, although it was totally different than the stuff in Rome. I knew it wasn't the best beans. Sometim

Oh shite! It turns out it is actually a thing. Asahi is going all in on Fedora. I'm definitely surprised and also now a person who is not at all interested in Asahi Linux anymore. Good luck I guess?????

West Virgina is on the vanguard of US states in this sort of thing. I'm surprised they beat Florida and Texas though. Ten years from now, how many more public university systems will have jettisoned their world language departments? Do

Keep in mind that the 2.81 million cattle slaughtered number you are taking from the cited document is just for the month of April, 2022. So each day of April, 2022 there were, on average, about 93,667 cattle slaughtered.

No, I don't think it does. Counter-steering is only a feature of a turn being initiated. Once the turn is in progress, the front wheel will very much be pointed in the direction of the turn.

The public schools in Boston are struggling by almost every measure, with only about 34% reading at grade level across the system, for example.

I've seen people with kids every time I've taken the metro in Paris. It seems pretty normal and no different than doing so on any other metro. I don't even think I understand this question. Is there something about the Paris

I lived 22 years without a car in Boston. I finally got one a couple of years ago and also love having it, despite the fact that I only use it about 3 times each month. I don't know if I'm anti-car, but I'm definitely a stron

I would be super annoyed if I bought a copy of Windows and it didn't work on one of the most popular devices out there. And especially so if the problem was left unaddressed after over a year of updates.

Maybe don't refer to women as "girls"? Unless you are seeking romance with girls. Either way, I'm suspicious already and can see why a service intended to match adults with other adults (i.e., not girls) would be creeped

You have roundabouts in the middle of Paris in areas with lots of pedestrians? Please show me. Certainly not any parts where anybody would think, hey, this is a great bit of infrastructure for people traveling on foot.... Roundabouts may be

Roundabouts are great for roads between towns and cities and other population centers. But urban streets where lots of people are walking should be designed for pedestrians first, not cars. Roundabouts are actually quite complicated for ped

Try adding 'i915.enable_psr=0' to your kernel params. This fixes a weird bug I encountered where text would disappear, or weirdly not disappear when it should have disappeared. Hopefully this helps!
