The product itself is generally used with our API so login is automated by the site owner. On our own site we use it in its default mode where login can be done through FB or Twitter (or as a guest or our own account system)

There's actually an option to default the sound to off by default if you want to. Just set defaultSoundMode : false in the envoOptions

There's a huge critical mass issue here that can't really be solved with a browser extension. It's been tried many times. You can solve it with a couple lines of javascript on the site though... so that everyone on the site gets to chat reg
