Likewise I have the ability for agents to talk cross harness etc. pretty useful, token efficiency in question :p useful when you got lazy though and have 2 convergent sessions.

Yeah routers suck, been doing this myself for the best part of a year now and it’s really difficult to make it behave. A good model for your task is the best bet.

Mcp tool for exposing only 2 tools in context and wiring up 100s of servers with directory based permissions. Also does batch calling and code execution so is super token efficient

Mcp allows a fantastic audit trail also. As well as allowing segregation of responsibilities - ie authenticating 6 linear accounts across 6 clients and then deciding which one to use with deterministic audited methods

Yeah, everyone has built their own version of all this shit. I built smth similar which lets you delegate from say local model to Claude or mimicode to pi. It does audited, workspace segregated mcp calls with only 3 tools ever in context. I

Hey Claude how do I get around signed binaries and App Store hell created by the likes of Apple and Microsoft? Maybe that’s why we have them? Tbh I don’t mind them, beats some space inefficient bubbly ui showing virtually no info per screen
