Do you have any sources for this? As far as I know, Assange went to great lengths redacting sources.

I’m using a 3$ VPS (hetzner) as a VPN server and access my local servers that way. You also get a regular VPN for free that way and setup is trivial if you use wireguard.

I’d be interested, which use case of yours would be restricted by Postgres‘ strict typing. All my experiences were wonderful, especially its performance and powerful features like rule rewriting. Also PostgREST is brilliant.

I used to think this way, but learning how to take math lectures really changed my university experience. To my first semester me: 1. Go to the lectures, sit upfront (where you are definitely not going to use your phone or fall asleep) 2. G

You could probably use some form of DMP [0] for this. It basically learns movements by viewing them as the difference from a spring-damper system. This allows all kinds of adaptations. [0] https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/abstrac

For me it’s mostly the commitment I feel when physically buying something that gets me started. Most of the time I still end up reading the digital copy on my Laptop, as I personally find this more comfortable for textbooks.

Thanks for the great work - caddy is a much needed breath of fresh air in the server space. One thing I stumbled upon the other day was that I (and google apparently, too) have trouble navigating the new website. I find it much simpler to f

Great Work! One thing I noticed was that some Animations (Conductivity and Relative Rockets) move on iOS while scrolling. Others (Orbits, Spring-Mass System and Gravity) work fine...

Maybe because the author lacks access to non-western cultures and doesn’t want to make unbaked claims? I’d personally had a hard time getting a feel for African/Eastern/etc societies.

The actual resolution of the human eye is much smaller than that and a lot of our perception is based on interpolation. It's pretty interesting to read up on this.

I can recommend you to start with 5 minutes (set a timer), increase to 10. After some practice you can omit the timer, but it really helps you getting started.

I think one of the basics ways for us to combat this kind of situations is to be more mindful about the people who do good. A single, thankful email from someone who profited from his work goes a long way.
