And here's the problem with cable and the OTT providers as well. The content networks force an all or nothing contract. ESPN must be licensed for all subscribers or no ESPN option for anyone. The same thing that forced me off of cable

Forums are the ultimate in async workflow. You can post a message, and when get to control when you come back. Little features like search, threads, search engine integration, are amazing! Slack/Discord is fine for an IRC alternative.

I’d love to know this as well. Dell doesn’t have anything remotely close to what Backblaze was designing/building themselves. So did they do something custom (unlikely at this volume) or did Backblaze change their hardware approach?

A "Big 4" partner explained this to me years ago. It's an intentional system designed to extract the most resources from a college graduate as possible. Some are promoted up the ranks, but most leave with the resume line item
