I read parts of it and saw that there are false claims in it, not worth wasting time after that. Even the title is wrong, Arabic world didn't "turn away" from science, they were forced to deal with other issues.

Muslims also don't murder adversaries' scientists.

When Muslims rule over anywhere, they don't exploit, loot, and abuse their resources for their own selfish advantage. That's the biggest difference that has led the West to remain powerful and prosperous while the Arab and Muslim

Very simple: the Arab world has been battling with Western colonialism cancer for the past couple of centuries, they haven't got any time left to spend on scientific matters or improve. Ready, set, go! Start downvoting

I dont know what the XZ backdoor is about but, to assume someone putting backdoors into software would work usual working days and hours has to be very naïve. The whole premise of the article is based on a false assumption IMO.

The answer is YES, and you dont need any research to prove that. We can see it ourselves. We live it. It's not rocket science.

I do that with a private server of my own, but it's quite fragile. The SSH tunnel connection drops sometimes, and it's just raw tunneling. What I love about ngrok is the web interface with logs showing the HTTP requests and respon

If 99% of ngrok users use it for HTTP, it IS an alternative isn't it?

Only developers with apps having had one MILLION installs prior year to be allowed. What's the fucking point then?? If an app developer is already distributing apps that popular on App Store, what's the point?? Am I reading this r

A big point of the article is about "open source" but no link to the github repo? Am I being blind? I scanned the article twice, cannot find it!

You would say "I designed a t-shirt" not "I designed a clothing that has short sleeves". It could just be a casual title, guy probably didn't even mean to title it that way but he probably didnt think about it too m

Haha lol. Downvotes for saying "building" is not "designing". Why? Seriously people are so open-minded , very tolerant, just as long as you don't upset their feelings. Hahah

Impressive work! Some people have all the time in the world it seems! That said, it's not really "designing" if you're "building" something that already exists, is it?

There is nothing "expected" in a truly random universe. You cannot have your cake and eat it, there is either some sort of 'order' in the universe or there is none. You cannot place forms of order where it suits you but

It should be pretty straightforward for you to show you have any moderation whatsoever, I dont believe you do. The whole of the site is full of rubbish. If I were the Turkish government I would never even do the favour by banning the site,

When macOS runs on Unix kernel and Linux systems are the best supported for containerisation and I assume are much more lightweight than macOS, I personally don't see any reason to run macOS in a container.
