There are plenty alternatives to XCode. AppCode is one high quality one. Setting up your own custom llvm toolchain is also an option.

Unity 8 is the reason why I bought a touch screen laptop 2 years ago, but it's just not production ready... Sported elementary OS from the SSD for a while, and o boy was it fast... I gave up on it and I've been using Windows 10 ju

I believe Ubuntu click packages have been developed exactly for this purpose. That isn't to say alternatives aren't good, but maybe you can draw inspiration.

Seriously, most tech startups are not bringing a bump in productivity, but are a mere pixel moving money waste for VCs, who don't really care if about the 9 failures if 1 startup pays off massively. The problem is that VC's don&#x

It still shocks me that Europe hasn't yet built a response to SF. Sure, London's a tech hub, but not anywhere close to SF. Eastern europe has a lot of talented engineers, but lacks capital and know-how on building an international

I own a Nokia 515 and haven't been happier with any other phone. Maybe there should be more competition in the high-end basic phones area. I'm willing to pay a higher price (higher profit margin for the manufacturer) for a higher

I'm not sure what your point is. I consider XML proved itself as a reliable data layer. JSON is not considered because it does not even supports attributes and extensibility. I would really appreciate if you would consider contributing some

No. XML is clear and precise. It supports namespace extensibility. It also provides a very big ecosystem that AXR actually use.
