As a programmer who founded a Digital Advertising and Design group this past year with a very talented designer, you couldn't be more wrong. As a programmer, I have much more leverage when selling my services over that of a designer. There

Very nice, I never noticed your comment but I'm glad you posted this and followed through. I had something like this in mind and added it to my to do list after reading the same article. I'm glad you made it available first. Cheers to you!

I`m actually curious as to what the campus looks like myself (interior). I have been searching for images with no avail. If anyone finds anything, link me?

Can't recommend a sharedhost, but I recommend a small VPS. This will allow you to have more control over your hosting environment with little additional costs. Check out http://linode.com

In his defense; While I don't have an iPhone, I'm an avid reader of all things technology and check HN multiple times daily. I also failed to see these so called "thousands of blog posts and tweets". Again, not familiar with the iPhone, but

The major difference is that a ticket is a perishable item. She entered a binding agreement that, in exchange for her money, she can have the tickets. Had she not bid, and won the tickets, he could have sold them to one of the other apparen

Could you explain what exactly you hacked together to rotate your monitor like that? I was thinking of purchasing a dual monitor mount that allows this configuration, but would rather hack something together for the time being.

Thank you, this answers pretty much all the questions I had for the book. Just added to my cart, and now I`m trying to decide on the "MongoDB: The Definitive Guide" book.

I think Jasons argument is that he created proprietary value in the form of partnerships, sponsorships and acquaintances that Arrington has leveraged with his "new" and successful conference. It might be a justifiable argument, but that's f

What I find most interesting in all of this is how they're positioning the product. From what I understand they're not targeting die hard email users, they are targeting a much younger demographic, probably ideally around age 17 and heading
