How can the fed both cause inflation and high housing costs? Raising interest rates like they have been doing should lower inflation but make housing more expensive.

Really cool idea. Would be neat to also be able to click railways as well. I think openrailwaymap provides some cool details like owner, max speed, electrification. I also noticed the map makes it look like the trains are travelling slightl

That reminds me of that quote about bankruptcy from The Sun Also Rises: > “How did you go bankrupt?” Bill asked. > “Two ways,” Mike said. “Gradually and then suddenly.” It felt like that’s how IE lost its dominance.

Interestingly, schizophrenia is really rare in accounts before the 1800s. It appears to be a modern disease, which would make it seem like it would be environmental. Another interesting thing about schizophrenia is it's much more commo

Sorry, 10x seems like a crazy difference when talking about salary. Could you be more specific? I’m trying to figure out numbers that make sense. Like you were getting $30,000 a year in 2011 and now getting $300,000+ in 2021? In the same fi

My under $100 router didn’t work because it had too little ram and flash storage to work. It was a few years ago though so maybe the situation has changed. I’d be interested in seeing which routers under $100 are working well with OpenWRT.
