I’ve always used the term “solidus” whenever I refer to the slash in `/>` in self-closing elements in XML/XHTML. In any other situation I’d call it a slash.

Actually, it’s more like 166: $ grep -c -i "titanic\'" iphonelist.txt 166 It’s only 190 if you include names like “Titanic’s iPad”, but those aren’t funny.

Now that you mention it — V8 has an interesting bug with excessive Number#toString() decimal digits ( http://code.google.com/p/v8/issues/detail?id=1627 ). For example: (1.1536999999997645e-10).toString(33).match(/[a-z]+/g)[81]; // 'oo

As the author of this dotfiles repository, I completely agree. These are my settings, and I’m sure not everyone will like this configuration. The idea is that automating all these OS X preferences (hidden or not) can save you a lot of time

I don’t have GraphicsMagick installed on this machine, else I would try this: $ gm convert http://lcamtuf.coredump.cx/squirrel/ -comment '' x.jpg …and… $ gm identify -format '%c' http://lcamtuf.coredump.cx/squirrel/

Here’s my reasoning: I assume all files in my Dropbox get synced correctly; if something goes wrong, I’ll be able to tell by the red warning icon anyway. Why would I want the green checkmark icons? They only add visual noise.
