I think the point of creating a "fake" person is so everyone involved can provide the support when ever they are available, and it looks like a unified source. I've done this a few times and it works very well, rather then having different

LOL - Again, I don't even focus on quality - our scans are 7¢ each, done in auto-feed scanners. I'm not talking technical at all, if it looks good, if it is a reasonable duplication of the original, then I'm good with it. I'm saying that fr

Well, again being a bit biased, I'd say that I couldn't give that to a customer. It looks like there is significant flash reflection (or another light source) on the mid right and left. (Also, to note, my company focuses value over quality,

Disclosure - My company (PhotoScanning.ca) scans photos in bulk in Canada I have run extensive tests with DSLR cameras, trying to approach the level of quality that you'd get from an entry level scanner. My research project in uni was on th

I don't think anyone gets it right the first time. My first two "hires" were horrific. I ended up learning from the experience and better shaping what I wanted, what I needed to do differently, etc. Most recent hire has been a much better f

I was referring more to affiliate agreements - i.e. I have an affiliate account with Blurb, and I'm bound by a few technicalities like not bidding on Blurb, not writing blurb or posing as blurb on facebook/twitter, etc. If I break that they

Agreed - I'm not saying they'd stop you (you're basically doing their marketing job!), just pointing out that it could be a closed up loophole. For example, the more people that are bidding that, the higher dropbox has to pay for their own

Very smart, but is it against the TOS to bid directly on the trademark/company name? Often times it is. That being said, they likely will not care with you being an extremely small player and bringing them 32 new customers. Solid Hack, cong
