Citation? 40 years of Supreme Court rulings. You right to free speech has its limits. As does every other right.

You clearly need to read up on a few books on the history of labor kid. Embarrassing comment.

Credit card companies.... already have those rules. No store can just offer a cheaper cash price. It’s in the agreements.

Sad to see that the nuts think requiring background checks is now "reducing gun rights". Reasonable limits on rights has always been constitutional. Perhaps you should give that document a read. I guess fox news is winning that ba

Google really needs to figure out their phone hardware plans. This is a mess. 9 months? Who is buying these phones? Is the hardware division even profitable? I can't imagine it is.

Sundell's site is faster than any other tech blog I know. The lack of JS bloat is a huge bonus. I hope this is a trend that continues. 99% of the time, you really, actually, don't need JS.

For a website about a mobile dev tool, that website is horrible on mobile. With the fixed header and footer I only see about 50% of the content, which makes scrolling a huge pain. Note to any web dev: fixed headers are rarely a good idea.

I guess this is an American thing. Typically "spicy" relates to the heat level. The "spices" used in the food typically are described with other terms ("well seasoned", "flavored", etc)

That exactly. The whole idea of a chatroom as a searchable archive doesn't make sense to me. Chats are quick bites of information that make sense "right now".

In the same spot. Home ownership is so out of reach for the vast majority of the people my age. Even with good salaries and savings! Most people my age who have purchased a home got significant help from their parents.
