thanks Malfist, and I guess the cost is the wiring and plumbing?

   by martinbaun 2y ago

Ah, so it might not really save that much time as people still have to setup forms and go/in/out.

ah, so the main cost seems to be the human-part that's hard to automatize, not really the structure/framing etc..?

AI can make stuff and make you uber productive, but it just doesn't seem entertaining. Asking ChatGPT to tell me something in a humours way just never really works. The AI music I have listened to sounds good, but it also feels empty.

There is https://v0.dev/ from Vercel, but I think this is a too complicated problem to be solved right now by AI. CSS seems like an intractable problem in general.

Very cool summarize of this. I love SQlite and use it everyday. May I suggest also to do strict tables - I don't know if Django ORM do that by default

not saying the name is great. I am just saying maybe you don't want to get sued by a huge multi-billion dollar giant who likes to sue.

Congrats, look very good! I would hesitate with the name though. Overwatch is also a game series from Blizzard. And Blizzard is known to be a little sue-addicted.

Was it primarily the trackpad or was there other considerations as well? By the way, I gave up completely on Ubuntu. Fedora is the "new Ubuntu" for me. Easy to setup and use.

Anyone here have some ideas how to avoid crony capitalism / regulatory capture while still make new sensible laws to help society?

Hey Braten, thanks for reading my article. I agree with you. I'll go even more extreme and say that most psychology is pseudoscience. Now, that doesn't mean it is useful, it just means that the predictability is not the greatest.

Well, if you're living in "Extreme Poverty", then you'll be earning around $2 a day. If you're earning $2 a day, then paying $.2 more for bottled water in paper is probably going to be detrimental for you. Around 1

I haven't been to asia, but I could imagine that plastic bottled water isn't a convenience good, but a way to avoid getting sick from polluted tap water.

Didn't even think about this and you're absolutely right. And where do the worst disasters happen? The countries where the infrastructure is not good enough.
