Hi Felix, Unfortunately, the software we are hosting is not our own. We prefer to use open source solutions, however the software we need to host runs on Windows Only. Its .NET and Delphi I think. So we just need general Windows hosting. T

we were using Flexiscale (by XCalibre) but their last outage was long, and corrupted all our data. So I would avoid them!

I would say odesk is is good for 1 reason only.... you can see snapshots of what the UI developer is working on as they do it. So you should be able to see if they are going down the right track early before they finish! It depends if its p

there is flexiscale ( http://www.flexiscale.com/ ) we use them... they are ok... you still need plenty of sys admin experience... but they have good uptime... and you pay per use time and bandwidth... they don't have an API yet to start and

No, its definately rigged, and I doubt the votes are taken from the user sms... Because I have been watching Eurovision for about 10 years now, before people voted at home... and which country votes for which has not changed... It was news

Well I guess it really depends... I don't see Apple's business model really including an online ecosphere... It would be interesting... though I think Apple just counts on the developer community to provide the online services for their iPh

Yes meet with VCs, but don't sign anything and take any money until you have a good idea about whats up for grabs. When you accept VC money its the equivalent of going public, you will have to make sure your start up turns around a profit o

yes we are conditioned to it now... but imagine I want to find a retailer in spain, I would look up es.* or es.com. it just makes life easier... But its too late for that one...
