No one's mentioned this yet, but if you do exercise it may cost you more than $20 a share. In the US at least you need to pay taxes on the difference between the exercise price and the fair market value of each share. If FMV > $20,

Tech salaries have gone up faster than founders/VCs expected and it's becoming more expensive to run a startup. Perhaps startups should wait a little longer to raise money. It seems more important than ever to find product-market

This is neat. I'd love the API to be public to try out the GET requests in the browser without logging in. I don't have a use for something like this now and most other developers probably don't either, but if you gave us the

This lack of FDIC is slightly worrying: "In an email to Barron’s the head of the SIPC cast doubt on the idea that it would insure checking or savings accounts." source: https://www.barrons.com/articles/robinho

I think you can contribute a meaningful amount to a startup in 3 months. Arguably the top reason to join a startup is to make faster impact. I'm not saying this is possible at all startups, but most startups yes. Options/equity ar

This could be because lint built up in your charging port. It happened to me a few times. The techs at an Apple store can clean it out for free.

I'd like to recommend something: discourage 1-year cliffs in vesting schedules. I recently joined a BigCo where your stock vests monthly as soon as you start. I felt comfortable accepting that offer because I knew I could quit without

I'd like a similar service or product. My issue with a shared solution like a common area W/D besides grossness is that I need to remove my clothes from the machines within a few minutes of cycle completeness or I risk ticking off

Hey Nathan! Great to see another product in the PDF space. I see a few similarities to PDF Otter[0] and was wondering if you drew any inspiration from it. [0] https://www.pdfotter.com

I think they're limiting the timeframe to thirty days so they can make money on people unfreezing and refreezing their credit reports in the future. This is sleezy IMO and I'm not having any part of it. It's a creditor's

Thanks for the suggestion on alignment. I've been hearing that feedback from other users and I'll add some tools for it. I've tested the editor again because a 1cm offset is unacceptable. It looks like the field boxes (the tr

For filling in individual PDFs, yes, Adobe wins. However, I'm using the editor on my site to show off the PDF Otter API which helps you fill-in PDFs at scale. That's a tool that Adobe doesn't provide and how PDF Otter will ea

This is great feedback. I really like your ideas on schema validation. We faced a similar problem at my last company and I have some thoughts to improve it with PDF Otter. Thank you!

Thanks for all this great info. We do have a font option called 'Dancing Script' available now which can make your text look like a signature. I'll do some more research on e-signatures, though. I assume there's more to

Thanks for the ideas! The downloaded PDFs are not in a PDF/A format. I understand the need for a feature like this - I have used some government services that only allow submitted PDFs in archivable format. The commercial PDF->PDF&#

You can use a library to insert text in a PDF but you need to figure out at what coordinates to position the text and how you want the text styled. If you are constantly adding PDF templates, this is cumbersome work. If you don't have
