Exactly. At least make it obvious that the user needs to sign in beforehand.

Looks like it could implement things like http://material-design.storage.googleapis.com/videos/animati... to an extent...

right, but does it use the default monospace fonts set by the user or do you set your own? For example, my default monospace font is Source Code Pro - will it use my font or your own (if any)

Are the mono font's hard-coded? i.e. font-family: "custom font" vs. font-family: "monospace"

Not too confident that the git icon should be a variant of the old GitHub logo...

Nice to see Material design in use on their sites for one of the first times!

No technical reasons, but it would be unlikely for Apple or Microsoft to adopt a font made by Google, when their own alternatives exist, despite technical superiority. Android already uses Roboto, which has been heavily invested in for Andr

Does anyone know what the "v" means? Svbtle, Bvckup, Backvp... Is it supposed to be pronnounced like a "u", and just why use it in the first place? No disrespect.

Their implementation does not only consist of CSS - there is canvas, shadow DOM, and other areas that are all heavily intertwined with Polymer, which would make extracting it difficult and complex.

Yes, but AFAIK it's polymer-specific

Not sure, but is something like Divshot a viable replacement for Heroku - they both seem to be doing the same thing: developer webapp hosting, but there's probably a difference somewhere.

So is this basically the NDK but using Go instead of C? I was hoping I could not use Java at all...

I would also be willing to try it, provided I didn't have to register with any services to do so
