It could be that the announcement on the envelopes had some "off-line" instructions; this (online) announcement has none.

Also not in the FAQ: "I'm 90 years old and I don't know what 'download an app' or 'fill the form online' even mean. Provided you don't swap stamps at the post office, what you suggest me to do?"

In theory, yes. In practice, the wind and the currents make it extremely hard to put the load in a vicinity of the pipe at 80 m depth.

I'm one training short of hypoxic trimix (after a regular trimix course). I think you seriously over-estimate the complexity: open-water course is 3 days, advanced open-water is 2 days, nitrox is ... half a day?, basic tech diving (adv

How would that work in the C/C++ world? For example, a.cpp #include's <a.h>; a.h doesn't produce any compilation artifacts. We change a.h but not a.cpp; since a .cpp is unchanged, there's nothing to do in the build

This seems like trying to find a problem for the email solution. The mail system as it is is working. It has been for many years. It costs a non-significant amount of money to send mail, so this takes care of the spam problem: spam exists b

I don’t think their phone is going to get a lot of traction either, considering that the competitors phones all have about a week of battery life. My Nokia 5110 actually lasts about ten days without charging.

Can't speak for Australia, but Israel in 1970's considered colour television as "a luxury that would increase social gaps"[0], and a similar colour burst erasing happened. This has lead to a rise of anti-erasing devices
