Answer is simple - we think we know it. Once you think you know something it immediately all excitement and interest disappears. But can you really know anything absolutely, fully in this Universe? Someone involved into science should answe

What is strange to me is that after a series of such incidents workers don't go out on protest or something, given this is happening in the US.

I would say "dark" here is more like "unknown" than a color reference, while both obviously have a connection in how we experience.

Well I also did not say it's permanent. Messing up can be temporal but it also builds up and becomes harder to get off. Temporal should not be taken lightly.

Life is not a computer you can hack. I bet we barely understand 1% of how our system works and trying to hack it means one is not even aware of their ignorance.

I don't have anything to support what I'm saying nor I need to. My knowledge does not come from a billion dollar research, and it does not have to. The question is only are you looking for a solution or a solution proven by author

From brief check on the book I see that Racket has a lot of infrastructure for making languages, but fundamentally I don't see the difference with Parse in Red. One can easily add tokenizer, reader and expander similar to what is there

They basically have PEG-kind of parser built into the language allowing you to execute arbitrary code up to modifying the parsing rules themselves. Here's small shell dialect I made while learning it: https://gitlab.com/

Interesting, do you think Elixir would be better in your case? Also what was the amount of requests per second? Looks like you didn't really need Erlang's scalability.

I don't know if we can use anything at all for this. More so I assume that engineering and math are not the right approaches in the same way they are not the right approaches to things like humor, poetry or design.
