I recommend to try earthfiles: https://earthly.dev/earthfile This basically brings docker layer caching to CI. Only Things that changed are rebuilt and tested.

I loved qutebrowser, but many pages didn't work because of the rendering engine. That made me go back to Firefox.

I think it should be possible to create a compiler which transforms arbitrary sql queries into a set of triggers and temporary tables to get incremental materialized views which are just normal tables. Those can be indexed, joined etc. no e
