Wow, simply great. It would be nice to open files in your computer and use them. I could not open any file by :n filename command. Also record command, which is very useful is missing. I am not sure for what this can be used?

May be a flag duplicate will help. Its easier for us to tell some duplicate post which comes as blog, different url, different site etc, compared to filters.

When you sell a mechanical tool, the user can take it apart and construct a similar tool on his own. This will take the advantage of innovation done by the engineer without paying him much. The patent protects the engineer from this exploit

Exactly, its cluttered and I could not stay more than 5 mins. I appreciate the effort and if we keep trying may be we will get better interface. As of now I would stick to HN.

I was searching for some sort of tool to write flow charts online, that is something I did not find easily, flowchart.com has it, but requires inviation. I would like to see something like etherpad for flow charts.

There should be some way to fight this. It is not acceptable for some one send you a wrongly addressed email and then make court deactivate your email account. I wonder how could a Judge rule this way?

I always thought iPod a bit of hype. Either it should be iPod shuffle of the iPhone, others, even iPod touch are unlikely to survive

I used clamwin, the windows version of clamav. That is after I used AVG for a while and went through the same experience. One good thing about using open source application is that they wont ask you to upgrade to some paid version later.
